League Rules

Teams:
8-10 skaters and 1-2 goalies

Game Play:
4 on 4 / No Off-Side / No Icing / No Checking

Surface:
Sport Court / Smooth Concrete

Equipment:
Roller Blades (no stoppers), Helmet, Gloves, Elbow Pads, Shin Guards, Inline Pants/Sweats/Wind Pants and Stick

Length of Games:
7 minute warm-up
24 minute 1st half (running time)
3 minute halftime
24 minute 2nd half (running time)
*Stop time last 2 minutes if the score is within 2 goals
*If the game ends in a tie: 4 player shoot out

Time-outs:
Each team has 1 timeout per game to use at any time

Referee's:
Referee(s) will be provided for every game to help ensure fair game play and a safe environment.

Minor Penalties:
- 2 minute minor penalties.
- A team cannot be reduced to less than two players and a goalie.

Major Penalties:
- 5 minute major penalties (unlimited goals)
- Major penalties carry an Automatic game misconduct

Fighting:
Fighting will not be tolerated.
Player(s) will be given:
- Major penalty plus
- Game misconduct
- Game Suspension
- Possibility of season/league suspension

AAU Insurance/Membership:
All players must register with the AAU (Amateur Athletic Union)
